Just to confirm that we will no longer accept any address changes via Backer Kit.
The data has been exported and passed to the shipping company.
If you checked your details in Backer Kit and found them to be incorrect, email [email protected] ASAP with:
- Order no
- Where you backed us - KS or IGG
- Your full name and surname
- Your email address
- Your correct address (if it was incorrect in BK)
- Your phone number (with international code, e.g. +44123456789 or +1234567980987)
- Use the subject "[ORDERID] shipping details change", e.g. "1634 shipping details change"
Please DO NOT emails us with "hey, here's my correct details, can you check they're correct your end?" Such emails will be ignored as we do not have the manpower to respond to such emails and have systems and process in place to handle it not via email.

Here is the update:
Hi all,
We're working with the logistics company to start shipping ASAP but it's taken longer than we thought due to a large number of wrong addresses, phone no formats (most people put their numbers in without international code and it's needed for the courier) etc. We've cleaned up most of the data and hope to have it all approved by the logistics company in the next few days.
Will keep you posted.
